AtlasOra

Who is allowed to list

You can't just put a property on AtlasOra.

The door doesn't open for everyone.

Most platforms let someone put a property online first and work out who they are afterwards, if at all.

AtlasOra works the other way round.

It is not a badge awarded after the fact. It is a door that does not open.

Before a home ever appears here

  1. Identity

An independent check on the person behind the account.

  2. Operation

Proof of address, and company registration where the operator is a business.

  3. Right to let

Evidence that they are entitled to let the property out.

  4. Licence

The tourist licence number issued for the region it sits in.

If we can't verify it,
it doesn't go live.

So when you book an AtlasOra home, there is a real operator behind it and we know exactly who they are. Not a name typed into a form, and not somebody who turned up this morning.

Real operators.
Real accountability.
