Identity verification
Every user on AtlasOra goes through a multi-step identity verification process before they can book or list a property. This includes government-issued ID validation, email and phone confirmation, and optional biometric checks.
Verified users receive a trust badge on their profile, giving hosts and guests confidence in who they are dealing with.
Guest reputation filtering
Hosts can set minimum reputation thresholds for incoming booking requests. Guest scores are built from verified reviews, response rates, and booking completion history across the platform.
Guests with no history are not excluded - instead, they go through enhanced verification to give hosts peace of mind when accepting first-time bookers.
Dispute resolution
When issues arise, our resolution process is fast, transparent, and evidence-based. Both parties submit their account along with any supporting evidence - photos, messages, check-in records - and a dedicated case manager reviews within 24 hours.
Host accountability
Hosts on AtlasOra are held to a clear set of standards. Listings must accurately represent the property, and hosts must respond to guest issues within defined timeframes.
Our accountability framework tracks listing accuracy, response times, cancellation rates, and guest satisfaction. Hosts who consistently fall below standards receive warnings, reduced visibility, or suspension.
Top-performing hosts earn elevated placement in search results and access to premium tools, creating a direct incentive to maintain high standards.
