Credit and Referral Terms

1.1These terms govern AtlasOra Credit, the money off a booking that we offer for joining our mailing list and for referring a friend. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to every booking.

1.2All amounts are in euro. Where you are shown a price in another currency, the credit is applied in euro and converted at the rate used for your booking.

1.3AtlasOra Credit is not money, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. It is a discount applied to a qualifying booking.

2.1When you join the AtlasOra mailing list you receive credit towards your first booking. The amount depends on what that booking costs:

2.2Bookings from €500 up to and including €1,000 receive €25. Bookings above €1,000 receive €50.

2.3Bookings below €500 do not qualify for credit. The threshold is measured on the total price of the stay before credit is applied.

2.4Joining credit is available once per person. Joining the list a second time, with the same address or a different one, does not create a second credit.

3.1Everyone on the mailing list receives a personal referral code. When someone books using your code, you earn credit on the same scale: €25 where their stay costs from €500 up to and including €1,000, and €50 where it costs more than €1,000.

3.2There is no limit on how many friends you may refer, or on how much referral credit you may earn in total.

3.3Referral credit is earned when your friend completes their stay, not when they book it. A booking that is cancelled, refunded or never taken does not earn credit.

3.4Your friend must enter your code, or arrive through your referral link, before they complete their booking. A code supplied afterwards cannot be applied retrospectively.

3.5You cannot refer yourself. A referral between accounts sharing a payment method, a device or a household may be treated as self-referral and refused.

4.1Credit stacks. You may apply as much of the credit you hold as you like to a single booking.

4.2Holding €200 of credit means €200 off one qualifying booking, or a smaller amount off several. What you do not use stays on your account until it expires.

4.3Credit is applied to the price of the stay. It reduces what you pay and does not reduce what your host receives.

4.4Credit cannot exceed the price of the booking it is applied to. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given where the credit you hold is worth more than the stay.

4.5Credit may not be combined with another promotional offer unless we say otherwise at the time.

5.1Credit is issued to a person, not to an email address. Creating additional accounts or using additional addresses to claim joining credit more than once is not permitted.

5.2We may require you to confirm your email address, and to have completed a booking on a verified account, before credit is released.

5.3Where we reasonably believe accounts belong to the same person, we may treat them as one and withdraw duplicate credit.

6.1Credit expires twelve (12) months after it is issued, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

6.2Expired credit cannot be reinstated. We will tell you what credit you hold and when it expires whenever you ask.

7.1If you cancel a booking on which credit was applied, and the booking is refunded, the credit returns to your account and may be used again, subject to its original expiry date.

7.2If a booking is changed so that its price falls below the qualifying threshold, or into a lower band, the credit is adjusted to match the band that applies to the new price.

7.3If a referred friend cancels their stay after you have been credited, we may withdraw that referral credit. Where it has already been used, we may adjust a future booking instead.

8.1We may withhold, withdraw or reverse credit where we reasonably believe it has been obtained through duplicate accounts, automated signups, false information, self-referral, or the publication of a referral code on a coupon, deals or voucher site.

8.2Referral codes are for sharing with people you know. They are not for paid advertising, search engine marketing on AtlasOra brand terms, or mass distribution.

9.1We may change these terms, including the amounts and the qualifying thresholds, or end the programme entirely.

9.2Credit already issued to you will be honoured on the terms that applied when it was issued, up to its expiry date. Changes affect credit issued after the change takes effect.
